Staring back at me was a shadow of my former self – my once-defined abs now a faded memory. It was a moment of disbelief. Despite maintaining my weightlifting routine three times a week, the absence of dedicated cardio sessions had taken its toll. I couldn't fathom how I had lost my abs, yet my arms and chest still boasted size and definition.
Amidst the humorous comments from my mum about my increasing size, I realized I needed to reclaim my abs. Weighing in at 235 pounds, the heaviest I had ever been, I knew it was time for a change.
