In my last blog post, I shared how my fitness routine took a turn when love & love for food entered the picture. Now, let's dive into what happened next.
With my Sundays no longer reserved for beach sprints but instead filled with indulgent meals and Netflix marathons, I unknowingly shifted away from my cardio-focused routine. While I maintained my weightlifting regimen during the week, the absence of intense cardio sessions went unnoticed.
As time passed, I started noticing changes in my physique. The once-defined lower abs began to fade, leaving only the top four visible. Despite this, I convinced myself that bulking season was to blame, and my growing arms and chest were signs of progress.
Then came the period of studying for my first board exam. With my mom's support, household chores were off my plate, and I was provided with three square meals a day while I buried myself in textbooks. Amidst the long hours of studying, cardio became an afterthought.
It wasn't until one fateful glance in the mirror that reality struck. Stay tuned for the next chapter of my journey, where I'll explore the impact of these changes and share how I navigated the love of food saga.
